The Secret Garden

When orphaned Mary Lennox moves to the strange Misselthwaite Manor to live with her secretive uncle, she feels lost and alone. With nothing to do, she starts exploring the old gardens and discovers a hidden world that can change everything. This modern yet faithful take on the classic story shows how nature and friendship can heal us all.
This original adaptation is part of Peninsula Youth Theatre's Stories on Stage program. The performance features a live talk back after the show where audience members can ask questions of the cast and production staff.
Adapted by Karen Simpson from the book by Frances Hodgson Burnett.
This performance is 50 minutes long with no intermission and is appropriate for all ages.
