Coppélia Suite

Coppélia Suite
Presented by Bayer Ballet Company

Saturday, May 25 at 6 p.m.
Sunday, May 26 at 6 p.m.

Coppélia is considered one of the greatest comic ballets of the 19th Century and remains one of the most cherished classical works in classical ballet repertory. Originally choreographed by Arthur St. Léon in 1870, restaged by Petipa in 1884, and revised by Cecchetti in 1894.

We are honored to welcome back choreographers, Vasily Medvedev & Stanislav Feco, who have choreographed more than 50 works for major ballet companies as the Bolshoi and Staatsballett Berlin, including Coppélia for National Ballet of Panama & National Theatre in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The cast features dancers from Bayer Ballet Academy and guest dancers from Atlanta Ballet & Tulsa Ballet.

This performance is 2 hours and 20 minutes long with one intermission and is appropriate for all ages.
